Communication and Support
Those who leave their homeland for various reasons often face numerous challenges on the path to becoming refugees. To “connect those in need of support with those who can provide it,” the Peaceful Actions Platform has established the “Refugee Communication & Support Center.”
The goal is to provide relief to victims under pressure and stress by mobilizing the support and assistance of various actors in addressing the problems they face.
The Refugee Communication & Support Center provides assistance and counseling exclusively on issues related to detention due to deportation, extradition, Red Notice/Diffusion alerts, and passport cancellations. Individuals needing help with these matters can contact the center via social media, email, or the WhatsApp hotline.
For tracking and informational purposes, it is important that the issue is initially described clearly and concisely. If the matter falls within our scope, our expert team members will get in touch as soon as possible to assist in resolving the issue.
The Refugee Communication & Support Center is not an asylum consultancy or guidance service. Please reach out only regarding matters within our scope of work. However, for issues outside our area, we will do our best to identify whether there is a relevant organization that can help and assist you in getting in contact with them.
To avoid increasing the workload and to ensure timely assistance for those in need, please request help from the Refugee Communication & Support Center only for issues within our area of work.
