INJUSTICES IN TURKEY CONTINUE AT FULL SPEED
For years, there has been no end to the injustices in Turkey.
After July 15, the Erdogan regime, so to speak, slaughtered justice in the country.
The alleged justice mechanism not only turned a blind eye to those dismissed from their jobs without even an investigation, closed institutions, and the tragedies experienced, but also continued to darken people’s lives by imposing unjust penalties.
VICTIMS GATHER IN FRONT OF THE ECHR ON JUNE 20
Of course, it’s not only the Turkish justice system that turns a blind eye to the emerging human rights violations. “The European Court of Human Rights has also remained silent for 7 years.
As last year, victims will march to the ECHR” this year to make their voices heard.
The location of the action to be held on June “20 is the city of Strasbourg, France, where the high court is located”.
A CALL TO ACTION WILL BE MADE TO THE COURT PANEL
Thousands of victims from all over Europe will participate in the action.
The event will start with a march. After the march, which will continue up to the front of the court, a letter will be presented to the President of the ECHR “‘requesting action to be taken for the victims in Turkey and for the ECHR’ to establish the long-delayed justice as soon as possible”.
Then, the group will move to the concert area. As last year, some famous European parliamentarians will take the stage this year too. Victims and their relatives, along with surprise names, are expected to participate.
Also, artists Süvari, Grifon, Berkuş, Ercan Aydın and Metin Haboğlu will give a concert and express the injustices through their songs.
Various activities will also take place during the action, which will be carried out under the leadership of the Peaceful Action platform, which houses many civil society organizations under its roof.
