About us

Peaceful Actions Platform brings together Europe-based civil society organisations that share a common concern: the deepening human rights and rule-of-law crisis in Türkiye. We believe that organisations can make a greater difference when they work side by side, support one another and speak to European audiences with a stronger collective voice. The Platform creates space for this cooperation by giving wider visibility to the work of its members and turning shared concerns into peaceful public action, from campaigns and events to the annual Justice March in Strasbourg.

At the heart of our work is a simple belief: rights must be protected equally, and justice must have a real meaning in people’s lives. When court judgments are ignored, public criticism is criminalised or people are punished because of their identity, beliefs or political views, the harm extends far beyond those directly affected. We therefore work to keep these injustices visible and to encourage European institutions to meet their responsibilities. We stand with everyone whose rights have been undermined by arbitrary state power and seek to build lasting solidarity around democracy, human dignity and justice for all.
