The report discusses the pressure placed on the opposition after July 15 and states that human rights violations have risen to unprecedented levels over time. <\/p>\n\n<p>From the report:<\/p>\n\n<p>\u201cThe arbitrary detention of tens of thousands of people has been widely documented, but the practice of deprivation of liberty was not limited to official detentions and arrests.
