The European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) continues to ignore and observe the serious State Crimes committed by the Erdogan regime in Turkey.

The Court has had many opportunities to reveal the facts regarding these violations in Turkey “and force the regime to respect the fundamental principles of the European Convention on Human Rights”. However, it has failed to fulfill its duties and has been inadequate, especially concerning the systematic violations of the rights of Hizmet Movement members. These violations constitute an overt crime against humanity as the number of victims has reached hundreds of thousands. We, from all over Europe “, will stand in solidarity with the victims and remind the ECtHR” that every human being has fundamental rights regardless of their identity!
